About three-quarters of the population in this area are Vietnamese. The borders of Little Saigon is Trask Avenue and West McFadden Avenue on the north and south and Euclid Street and Magnolia Street on the east and west. Bolsa Avenue runs through Westminster and is dotted with shopping centers and strip malls. The main street through "Little Saigon" is Bolsa Avenue (home of the Phước Lộc Thọ (Asian Garden Mall) and Little Saigon Plaza). It is estimated that over 4000+ different businesses exits in the complex which encompasses over 3 square mile. "Little Saigon" is a spread-out community containing a mixture of Vietnamese and Chinese-Vietnamese businesses. Little Saigon is located approximately 45 miles (72 km) south of Los Angeles, California. The community originally started in Westminster, and over the years spread to Garden Grove. It is the home of 189,000+ Vietnamese Americans reside. "Little Saigon" in Orange County, California is home to the largest concentration of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam. ![]()
